Here's a basic list of what is permitted at our Men's location:

• 9 sets of casual clothes: washers, dryers, and laundry soap are provided free of charge
• Current prescription medications, we require at least a 30 day supply. Please note: all prescription medications must be properly labeled, have only the medication listed on the label inside the bottle, sample packs must have a printed label with instructions, prescribed by a licensed doctor, and be in accordance with all state and federal laws.
• Hygiene items such as: toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, mouth wash (only alcohol free is permitted), deodorant (non-aerosol), shaving supplies (after shave containing alcohol is not permitted), shower shoes, etc.
• You may bring pillows, blankets and towels if desired but these items will be supplied upon arrival.
• Recovery related reading materials
• Tobacco products are allowed but may only be used in designated areas. Electronic cigarettes are NOT allowed.
• You may bring a cell phone. It will be locked up during the week but you will be able to use it for 15 minutes on Saturdays
• A free "client phone" is available to use during the week.

Here's a basic list of what not to bring:

• Illegal drugs, paraphernalia, or alcoholic beverages.
• Weapons of any kind: guns, knives, explosives.
• Protein or creatine powders.
• Electronics such as laptops, tablets, radios, mp3 players, smart watches, cd players, etc.
• Anything that promotes the use of illegal drugs, alcohol, or places that may serve them.

Deliveries

• Deliveries are limited to once a week per client.
• Deliveries are also limited to a maximum of 10 non-perishable items or less.
• Grocery deliveries such as Walmart, HEB or Krogers are not permitted and will be refused.

• 9 Sets of comfortable clothing
• 12 Changes of underwear
• 2 / 3 Sets of sleepwear ( NO short shorts)
• 1 Robe /1 pair house shoes
• 2 Pair of shoes (in addition to what you are wearing)
• 1 Pair of shower shoes
• 1 Jacket / Hoodie
• Make-Up (moderate amount)
• Shampoo & Conditioner
• Deodorant
• Toothpaste & Toothbrush
• Mouthwash (without alcohol)
• Bath Soap/shower gel
• Pads only / NO Tampons
• Hair Spray / Styling Gel
• Nail Polish (3 bottles or less)
• Nail polish Remover
• Nail File / Clippers / Tweezers
• Razors / Scissors (Must remain in Staff Office)
• Flat Iron / Curling Iron /Hair Dryer
• Plastic mug / cup with lid
• 2 or 3 Towels / Wash Cloths
• Tobacco products. Please note that electronic cigarettes are not allowed.
• Cash / Debit Card for Store Runs
• Recovery Literature (Big Book, 12 & 12, etc.)
• Stamps / Envelopes / Stationary
• Clock (may Not be clock-radio)
• Snacks: Sweets, chips, etc. Water, Juice, Gatorade, Tea, Coffee(Must have a plastic container w/sealed lid, approx. size 18” x 30”, 6 - 8” deep. Nothing that needs to be refrigerated

Items Not Allowed

• Vehicles
• Illegal drugs, paraphernalia, or alcoholic beverages.
• Weapons of any kind: guns, knives, explosives.
• Sodas / Energy drinks
• Low cut/crop-tops/ NO short shorts (Shorts must be mid thigh)
• Shirts with logos (sex, drugs, alcohol, bars, clubs, etc.)
• Cell Phones / I-pad / I-pod /Tablets / Laptop / CD Player / Game box / Radio etc.

Please note the following:

• Prescriptions medications must have a 30-day supply & refills available on bottle.
• NO money grams or western union. Funds must be a money order purchased at a POST OFFICE and mailed to client.
